What's your hobby?  Chances are that there are others who enjoy doing the same thing.

The Students' Union has a number of clubs and societies that you can join, including sports clubs, course based societies, performance societies and general hobbies and interest clubs.  Joining these groups is a great way to make friends with people that share the same interests as you and allow you to do the things you love on a regular basis.

If you find that your hobby isn't listed don't worry, you can always apply to set up a club or society and start one yourself.  To do this all you need to do is visit the Students' Union website and fill in all the details.

Clubs and societies are open to all students and usually meet on Wednesday afternoons/evenings.
