For those awards which are eligible for graduation we do not send out certificates until the awards have been conferred at the graduation ceremonies, held in November.

This is our University policy, as an official award letter and transcript should be sufficient for employers when asking for proof of your qualification.  Where it is not, the Student Records team are able to provide a further supporting letter, but not the certificate.
