I can't log into my applicant portal / I don’t know what my log in or password is. Can you send me my log in details?

Your e:Vision applicant portal log in details were e-mailed out to you in your application acknowledgement e-mail.  If you didn’t receive this, please check your mailboxes junk folder. The first step in resetting your password is visiting:

If you have deleted this e-mail or no longer have access to this information, please contact Admissions on admissions@yorksj.ac.uk and the e-mail can be resent to you.

The system will prompt you to re-set your password to one of your choosing after your first log in.  If you have re-set your password but still can’t log in, please send screenshots of the error that you’re getting to admissions@yorksj.ac.uk, so that we can investigate further.
