I can't log in to Moodle, what should I do?

Access to Moodle is via your YSJ username and password.  If these details aren’t working then you will need to either change your password or contact the IT Helpdesk in Fountains Learning Centre who will be able to reset your password and advise you of your username.  If you are still unable to access Moodle after resetting your password then you need to report this issue to the IT Helpdesk.
