FAQ 27
How do I change to another programme of study?

Changes of programme require careful thought and cannot be initiated without advice and formal approval.

Discuss with your School first, and then, if you decide you would like to change your programme please complete a Change of Programme form on e:Vision. You will need the agreement of both Subject Directors and all the signatories required must approve the change.

When the University considers your application we take into account University and programme regulations and the resource demands which your application would entail if successful.

Please note that if you are considering changing your programme this can really only be done at the start or end of the academic year, and occasionally at the end of the first semester.  If you are changing outside of these times or swapping on to a programme that is very different you may be asked to withdraw from your current programme and apply again through UCAS.
