How do I book tickets for the graduation ceremony?

Before you book make sure that the University has up to date contact details for you by logging into your e:Vision.  An invitation to your graduation ceremony will be sent to your personal / home e-mail address in late July / early August.  You will then be directed to the Ede & Ravenscroft online booking service.

You will be able to confirm your attendance and book your tickets (or let us know if you can't attend), gown and photography package (if required) via the online portal.

How do I obtain and pay for my tickets?

You will be able to request and pay for your guest tickets when you respond to your invitation using Ede & Ravenscroft's online portal, Enet, in late July / early August (your own ticket is free of charge).  Your own seat number in the Minster will be on your e-ticket which will be e-mailed to you around a week before the ceremony.  If you experience any technical issues with ordering your tickets and / or gown, please contact the dedicated customer service department at Ede & Ravenscoft on: student@edeandravenscroft.com or telephone 01223 861 854 (national rate). 

We only guarantee two guest tickets per student.  Guest tickets must be paid for before your ceremony and will cost £15 each.  These tickets will also be e-mailed to you prior to graduation

Is it possible to order extra tickets?

If we have further tickets available for your ceremony, we will make these available in September / October.  Any additional tickets are allocated on a first come, first served basis via the Ede & Ravenscroft online portal, closer to the time; how many we will be able to offer you depends on the size of each ceremony (e-mails will be sent out by the University to notify you when / if these are available).

Can I get a refund on guest tickets?

If you have bought your tickets and find that you are not able to attend and wish to cancel any or all of your tickets, you must request a refund via the Ede & Ravenscroft booking website.  Requests received by email by 5:00pm (BST) on Sunday 8th November 2020 will be refunded in full.  After this deadline no further refunds will be given.  The University works hard to ensure that the degree ceremonies are enjoyable and celebratory, and as they are non-profit making we cannot issue late or post-ceremony refunds.
