What do I do if I can't log into my timetable?

If you are a new student you will need to ensure that you are fully enrolled with the University in order to view your timetable.  Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours for your access to become active once you have completed your enrolment.

If you are a continuing student, but have forgotten your password you can reset it online.  If you continue to  experience issues with accessing the timetabling website then it may be a technical problem.  We recommend that you contact the IT Helpdesk through ile@yorksj.ac.uk for more specialised support.
