If you change any of your personal or contact details whilst studying in the North Yorkshire Police area, you will need to complete a form online and book an appointment to attend your nearest police station to update your details within 7 days. 

Changes which need to reported include the following:

• Change of address (including transferring to North Yorkshire if you have registered with another police force)
• Change of college / university / course
• Change in marital status
• Change of name
• Any extension of your visa / leave to remain in the UK granted by the Home Office, an Immigration Officer or at a Port or a British Consulate
• New passport details
