Your accommodation keys should be returned to the Porters Lodge in an envelope clearly marked with your name and Student ID number.  The Porters Lodge can be found in St Anthony’s House on the main campus (opposite the Fountains Learning Centre) and is open Monday to Friday 7:00am – 7:30pm, and Saturday 8:00am – 12:00pm. 

Outside of these hours your keys can be returned to the Security Office which can be found in the music block, opposite the Holgate Student Centre; the Security Office is open 24/7.

We strongly advise that you hand keys / fobs in in person, but if you are not able to do this please post them by recorded delivery in a padded envelope to York St John University, Lord Mayor’s Walk, York, YO31 7EX.
