Unless you are living at The Brickworks or The Coal Yard,  you will need to come to the main Lord Mayors Walk campus to be checked in and collect your keys.  There are very few parking spaces on the campus, so you will need to park at the pay and display car park across the road.

Once on campus you will need to go the the Holgate building, which is signposted, and staff will be available to point you in the right direction.  Family and friends will be asked to wait in the dining room whilst you check in and collect your keys.
