York St John University Certificates

If you graduated with a York St John University award you can request a replacement certificate using the University's Online Store.  Each replacement certificate costs £30.  Please check that your award was issued by York St John University before you complete your purchase; if unsure please contact Registry on 01904 876757.

You can collect your replacement certificate from the Student Information Desk in Holgate, have it posted to you by standard Royal Mail, or for an additional fee, sent by DHL Courier Service.

University of Leeds Degree Certificates

If you were enrolled at York St John University on a programme of study leading to an award validated by the University of Leeds you will have received a University of Leeds certificate upon graduation.  To request a replacement University of Leeds certificate you should use the University of Leeds Online Store or contact the Student Services Centre on 0113 3438877 (option 4 for transcripts and statement letters or hold to speak to an advisor for replacement certificates).

University of York Degree Certificates

If you were enrolled at York St John University on a programme of study leading to an award validated by the University of York you will have received a University of York certificate upon graduation.  To request a replacement University of York certificate you should contact their Registry Services on 01904 434656 or exams@york.ac.uk
