How do I report issues with my WiFi?

Students experiencing WiFI issues in University halls will need to contact the provider, Optify, directly by telephone (0333 3080000) or e-mail (care@optifyyourworld.com).  It is important to take note of any case or reference number provided during the call or in an e-mail response. 

Faults are dealt with on a priority basis basis and every effort is made to rectify faults as quickly as possible.  If you believe that the issues in your accommodation have not been dealt with appropriately or are still unresolved then you can contact the Accommodation to investigate it further.
