• LaunchPad Online, our own jobs' board, advertises part-time vacancies and vacation work for employers in York and the surrounding area.  Once you have registered you can set up email alerts which will send you information on new vacancies as they are added.
• The York Press online and Wednesday's edition advertises jobs in York and the surrounding area. 
• Both City of York Council and North Yorkshire County Council advertise some part-time jobs on their job vacancy pages.
• Universal Jobmatch is also useful for searching and applying for full-time or part-time jobs in the UK and abroad.
• Indeed advertises 1,000s of jobs throughout the UK from Senior Manager positions to catering and restaurant staff.
• It is possible to find temporary work via recruitment agencies. Yell.com allows you to search for recruitment agencies via locality.
• National Railway Museum, York Museums Trust and the National Trust all advertise for vacancies within York.
• Council for Voluntary Service advertises jobs both within their own organisation and for other agencies and organisations.
