If you wish to change one of your modules choices you can apply to do this in advance of the start of the module, using the Change of Module form.  You will need the approval of the Subject Director(s) affected and the form must be fully completed, signed, authorised and received by Student Records by the end of the second week of the semester in which the module is taught.  Approval cannot be given if these procedures are not followed.

If you are submitting your change of module after the programme has begun, please complete the Late Module or Programme Change Declaration and submit this alongside your Change of Module Form.
