What do I do if somebody else is already using my pre-booked location?

On occasion you may arrive at your pre-booked location to find that somebody else is already using the space.  If this is the case please contact the Timetabling Office immediately, where a member of the team will help resolve the situation as soon as possible.

It is important to note that ‘Confirmation of a Room Booking Request’ is not the same as a ‘Booking Confirmation’.  The individuals that do not have a ‘Booking Confirmation’ will be asked to leave the room immediately.
