For a location to be bookable, the occupancy of the location must be 70% of the total capacity.  If your booking request is for less than 70% of a rooms occupancy then that room will not be offered to you to book.  For example should you wish to book NW006 which has a capacity of 60 the minimum number of attendees for your event must be 42.

Some rooms are not available to book at certain times due to the building not being accessible.
