What happens if my appointment with a Student Services team is cancelled?

Occasionally, Student Services will be forced to cancel appointments that they may have with you if staff are no longer available, for example, off work due to ill health.  Cancelling appointments is only ever done as a last resort if there are no other staff members free to see you, and we will always endeavour to give you as much notice as possible.

When appointments are cancelled you will receive an e-mail from the Student Information Desk notifying you of the change.  You may also receive a telephone call directly from the team you had your appointment with. 

To book another appointment just visit the Student Information Desk in Holgate or call 01904 876477.  You can also e-mail SID@yorksj.ac.uk but please note that appointment availability may alter between us replying to your e-mail and you confirming an appointment.
