If your card has been lost or stolen please inform a member of staff at the Student Information Desk in Holgate as soon as possible. It is advisable to check if your card has been handed in before paying for a replacement.

Student ID cards can be replaced if lost or stolen at a charge of £5.00, or free with a crime reference number. Please use the online store to pay for your replacement card and these can then be collected from the Student Information Desk at a later date.

Please print the e-mail receipt and present it at the counter with some official ID (passport/driving licence) when collecting your replacement card.
