You can request a transcript at any time through the York St John online store.  If you are a current student your transcript will show any marks gained to date, and if you have already graduated it will show all of your marks plus your final award.  These can be collected from the Student Information Desk in Holgate or posted by standard Royal Mail delivery to an address of your choosing.  For an additional fee, they can also be sent via DHL Courier Service.  You should allow at least three working days for your transcript to be produced.  

Charges

• For current students and students who have graduated in the last 12 months transcripts are available free of charge
• For students who graduated over 12 months ago, there is a charge of £10 for the first copy, plus £2 for any additional copies
