If you are in University halls of residence faults, breakages and general repairs can be reported by e-mailing repairs@yorksj.ac.uk. In your email, please include; your full name, student ID, accommodation details and your contact number. 

If you are in a University managed house you should e-mail UMH.helpline@yorksj.ac.uk.

If you have an urgent issue out of hours or an emergency you can call Security on 07885201182 or 01904 87644.

If you live in one of our partner provided halls of residence and are experiencing accommodation related issues you will need to contact the provider directly.
